A new\u00a0Minecraft\u00a0<\/em>game is out right now, bringing some strategy and warfare to the blocky building world. You might be here to find out, though, if\u00a0Minecraft Legends\u00a0<\/em>is suitable for kids, even with all the battling.<\/p> The short answer is that\u00a0yes<\/strong>, you should be fine letting kids play\u00a0Minecraft Legends<\/em>.\u00a0Minecraft<\/em> is marketed towards all age groups, and Mojang does a good job of ensuring that it can appeal to the whole family. There’s some light fantasy fighting, but it’s definitely crafted in a manner that’s absolutely safe for kids to play. If you need more of a breakdown, though, we’ve got that.<\/p> The Entertainment Software Rating Board, or ESRB, rating for\u00a0Minecraft Legends\u00a0<\/em>is Everyone 10+. Also known as E10+, this is an in-between step from the “E for Everyone” and “T for Teen” ratings. Essentially a PG, as compared to G or PG-13 in movie ratings.<\/p> The E10+ rating only cites one factor for the rating, “Fantasy Violence.” It also notes that “Users Interact,” meaning there is multiplayer, and “In-Game Purchases,” indicating there are items sold for real money in-game.<\/p> Minecraft Legends\u00a0<\/em>ESRB rating<\/h2>
