This, of course, will bring some big changes to the gaming landscape, as Activision Blizzard has several major franchises under its belt, including<em> Call of Duty <\/em>and <em>Diablo<\/em>. <\/p>    <figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div   id="gqq8s83tkl"    class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"> <blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">It\u2019s awesome to see anticipation building for Call of Duty\u00ae: Modern Warfare\u00ae III. As we continue to work toward regulatory approval of the Microsoft deal, we\u2019ve been getting some questions whether our upcoming and recently launched games will be available via Game Pass.<br><br>While we\u2026<\/p>&mdash; Activision Blizzard (@ATVI_AB) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ATVI_AB\/status\/1711464921077006751?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\">October 9, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script> <\/div><\/figure>    <p>Many people have been eager to know whether the acquisition will result in more Activision Blizzard games landing on Game Pass. On Twitter, the company clarified that it currently has no plans to put <em>Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3<\/em> and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/jbsgame.com\/reviews\/review-diablo-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diablo 4<\/a> <\/em>on Game Pass this year. Some players have been concerned about <em>Call of Duty<\/em>&#8216;s future following the acquisition. <\/p>    <p>Microsoft has clarified that <a href=\"https:\/\/jbsgame.com\/microsoft-agrees-to-keep-call-of-duty-on-playstation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the franchise will not be a console exclusive<\/a>, at least for the next decade. Xbox players will have an easier time accessing <em>Call of Duty<\/em> if it does become a Game Pass regular. <\/p>    <p>Signs indicate that the battle to finalize the acquisition may be coming to a close.
