After days of defending X-45 from the Automatons while Super Earth’s engineers excavated the labs below its surface in Helldivers 2<\/em>, something was finally found. With roughly one day left in the planet’s defense campaign, all players now have access to the MLS-4X Commando Rocket Launcher, and it’s glorious. <\/p>

The advanced weapons lab on X-45 held some incredibly powerful technology. A rocket launcher that’s capable of firing four projectiles at once, annihilating anything in a Helldiver’s path, and it’s absolutely free for a limited time. Players in Helldivers 2<\/em> have, quite rightfully, lost their minds a little over this new development because it finally gives them a way to fight back against the game’s most brutal enemy faction with an insurmountable weapon<\/a>. <\/p>

The MLS-4X Commando Rocket Launcher is only available to Helldivers taking on missions while defending X-45. Luckily, at the time of writing, the planet is experiencing an Automaton assault<\/a>, so players are flocking there in droves to both fight back and take advantage of this amazing weapon.<\/p>

Fans on the Helldivers 2<\/em> subreddit<\/a> love this weapon for two reasons. First, it’s an iconic rocket launcher that all our favorite action movie stars have wielded at one point or another. The most famous example floating around the subreddit is, of course, Arnold Schwarzenegger.<\/p>

The second reason players adore this weapon is, as user Ocanom puts it, “Just to add – Deals 450 damage and 450 durable damage at the same AP as EAT\/RR\/Quasar. Has enough demolition power to take out fabricators from any angle. Will 2 shot any type of charger to the head, same with Bile Titans.”<\/p>

Don’t worry if that doesn’t make much sense to you. User oneblackened’s comment should clear it up. “Oh shit, son.” I’ve been playing around with the weapon for a little while, and it’s brilliant. It feels like you’re bringing something truly unstoppable to the table and are finally able to push back against the Automatons on higher difficulty levels when they show up with more Dropships and Fabricators. <\/p>

This Stratagem also has a fast cooldown, so you can call it in, blast some massive bots, wait for a little while, then call it in again to take even more of them down. I was using it to take out double the Automatons by throwing its beacon on top of Tanks and Fabricators to really get my money’s worth. <\/p>

Once this Major Order has been completed, the MLS-4X Commando Rocket Launcher will almost certainly be added as a new unlockable Stratagem. However, this could be a double-edged sword because if Helldivers get stronger, a more powerful opponent will be required to put us in our place. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

With roughly one day left in the planet's defense campaign, all players now have access to the MLS-4X Commando Rocket Launcher, and it's glorious. The advanced weapons lab on X-45 held some incredibly powerful technology. A rocket launcher that's capable of firing four projectiles at once, annihilating anything in a Helldiver's path, and it's absolutely free for a limited time. Players in Helldivers 2 have, quite rightfully, lost their minds a little over this new development because it finally gives them a way to fight back against the game's most brutal enemy faction with an insurmountable weapon. It feels good to turn the tables on the bots The MLS-4X Commando Rocket Launcher is only available to Helldivers taking on missions while defending X-45. Luckily, at the time of writing, the planet is experiencing an Automaton assault, so players are flocking there in droves to both fight back and take advantage of this amazing weapon. Fans on the Helldivers 2 subreddit love this weapon for two reasons. First, it's an iconic rocket launcher that all our favorite action movie stars have wielded at one point or another. The most famous example floating around the subreddit is, of course, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The second reason players adore this weapon is, as user Ocanom puts it, \"Just to add - Deals 450 damage and 450 durable damage at the same AP as EAT\/RR\/Quasar. Has enough demolition power to take out fabricators from any angle. Will 2 shot any type of charger to the head, same with Bile Titans.\" Don't worry if that doesn't make much sense to you. User oneblackened's comment should clear it up. \"Oh shit, son.\" I've been playing around with the weapon for a little while, and it's brilliant. It feels like you're bringing something truly unstoppable to the table and are finally able to push back against the Automatons on higher difficulty levels when they show up with more Dropships and Fabricators. This Stratagem also has a fast cooldown, so you can call it in, blast some massive bots, wait for a little while, then call it in again to take even more of them down. I was using it to take out double the Automatons by throwing its beacon on top of Tanks and Fabricators to really get my money's worth. Once this Major Order has been completed, the MLS-4X Commando Rocket Launcher will almost certainly be added as a new unlockable Stratagem.
