The new Winter Update is on its way to the dress-up game, and it\u2019s one for the ages.&nbsp;<\/p>    <p>The Winter Update and Winter Event will bring a whole host of new content for players to enjoy when it kicks off. We\u2019re here to give you all the details we know so far about the Winter Event in <em>Dress to Impress<\/em>.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-when-does-the-winter-update-begin-in-dress-to-impress\">When does the Winter Update begin in Dress to Impress<\/h2><\/iframe>    <p>The update will take place on <strong>Saturday, December 14<\/strong> at 11 AM EST. This is not only when the game will undergo the large update, but also when the Winter Event itself will begin.<\/p>    <p>The event is currently scheduled to finish at 12 PM EST on Tuesday, January 14 according to the event page on <em>Roblox<\/em>. This is standard for <em>Dress to Impress<\/em> events, where players will have a month to explore the event and unlock all the content that it has to offer. We\u2019ve seen some sneak peeks of other new additions, notably colored fishnets. A new lobby will be put in place, themed for Christmas, just like the massive Halloween lobby that was available for the October event.<\/p>    <p>There will also be functional ice skating, where you can glide around a rink dressed in your favorite outfits. We don\u2019t know much about how the event calendar will work, or what the prerequisites will be, but we do know that some of the new makeup will be a part of this calendar.<\/p>    <p>Finally, as is expected for an event, we\u2019ll get a new loading screen and logo to enjoy for the duration of the season.<\/p>    <p>There\u2019s plenty more to look forward to for the Winter Update for DTI, and new information and sneak peeks are released regularly on the official DTI Discord. The new Winter Update is on its way to the dress-up game, and it\u2019s one for the ages.\u00a0 The Winter Update and Winter Event will bring a whole host of new content for players to enjoy when it kicks off. We\u2019re here to give you all the details we know so far about the Winter Event in Dress to Impress. When does the Winter Update begin in Dress to Impress The update will take place on Saturday, December 14 at 11 AM EST. This is not only when the game will undergo the large update, but also when the Winter Event itself will begin. The event is currently scheduled to finish at 12 PM EST on Tuesday, January 14 according to the event page on Roblox. This is standard for Dress to Impress events, where players will have a month to explore the event and unlock all the content that it has to offer. Make sure all of your DTI codes are entered! What\u2019s new in the Winter Update in Dress to Impress As per usual for each update, fashionistas will be getting plenty of new items to dress up with, including: New hairstyles New clothing New makeup New poses The new clothing will include a Santa-themed hat and dress, as shown in the official teaser: As well as this Ice Queen set, including outfit and shoes: Both of these sets are confirmed to include a few toggles, to further customize the outfits. We\u2019ve seen some sneak peeks of other new additions, notably colored fishnets. This item has been long requested by the player base, so it\u2019s nice to hear the DTI team listening to feedback. We\u2019ve also gotten a look at some festive new makeup from Asaqin, one of the digital artists who works with the team: Image via Dress to Impress Group There will be plenty to check out once the update hits, so we\u2019d recommend hopping into Freeplay mode to give yourself a chance to check it all out\u00a0 New gameplay in Dress to Impress Winter Update Along with all the new items, we\u2019ll also be getting some updates to the game itself. A new lobby will be put in place, themed for Christmas, just like the massive Halloween lobby that was available for the October event. There will also be functional ice skating, where you can glide around a rink dressed in your favorite outfits. We\u2019ve got a sneak peek from developer M0TOPRINCESS that gives us a look at the ice rink: Image via Dress to Impress Group It\u2019s been confirmed that there will also be an event calendar that rewards you for logging on throughout the holiday season. We don\u2019t know much about how the event calendar will work, or what the prerequisites will be, but we do know that some of the new makeup will be a part of this calendar.
