Regular pigs spawn anywhere, while these two types have particular biomes they prefer.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cold-pig-location\">Cold pig location<\/h2>    <p>Cold pigs spawn exclusively in cold biomes. Although <em>Minecraft<\/em> doesn&#8217;t have many of these, you&#8217;ll primarily find them in <strong>taiga biomes<\/strong>, including snowy and non-snowy variants. Generally speaking, any region with snow and ice will have good odds of spawning in a group of Cold pigs.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-warm-pig-location\">Warm pig location<\/h2>    <p>Warm pigs, on the other hand, spawn in biomes that are usually considered hot in temperature. Below are some biomes you can expect to find groups of Warm pigs:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Savanna<\/li>    <li>Jungle<\/li>    <li>Bamboo Jungle<\/li>    <li>Desert<\/li> <\/ul>    <p>While any warm region will do the trick for finding these pigs, you&#8217;ll have the easiest time locating them in jungles and savanna biomes. More often than not, you&#8217;ll also find normal pig variants wandering around in similar locations.<\/p>    <p>Like usual, you&#8217;ll find regular pigs in just about any biome, giving you free rein to explore the world as you please and encounter them on your travels. If you haven't downloaded these Minecraft versions, you'll need to create a new installation in Java Edition or select the latest Preview\/Release in Bedrock. Updating Minecraft Java Edition To go into more detail, here are the steps for updating Minecraft Java Edition: Open Minecraft. Log into your Microsoft account. Select Java Edition and open your Installations menu. Download the 25w02a Snapshot or 1.22 and beyond. Select the Snapshot or 1.22+ version and play Minecraft. Regular pigs spawn anywhere, while these two types have particular biomes they prefer. Cold pig location Cold pigs spawn exclusively in cold biomes. Although Minecraft doesn't have many of these, you'll primarily find them in taiga biomes, including snowy and non-snowy variants. Generally speaking, any region with snow and ice will have good odds of spawning in a group of Cold pigs. Warm pig location Warm pigs, on the other hand, spawn in biomes that are usually considered hot in temperature. Below are some biomes you can expect to find groups of Warm pigs: Savanna Jungle Bamboo Jungle Desert While any warm region will do the trick for finding these pigs, you'll have the easiest time locating them in jungles and savanna biomes. More often than not, you'll also find normal pig variants wandering around in similar locations. Like usual, you'll find regular pigs in just about any biome, giving you free rein to explore the world as you please and encounter them on your travels.
