  1. Go to the Statue of Sovereignty <\/li>
  2. Enter the Sovereignty Mines<\/li>
  3. Speak to Cole <\/li>
  4. Exchange 400C$ to use the elevator<\/li>
  5. Enter the Keepers Altar<\/a> and take a left at the elevator<\/li>
  6. Look on the ground to find the Kings Rod<\/li>
