Pinball master Zen Studios is giving Android gaming a shot in the arm soon. The developer has announced that it will be bringing Zen Pinball to the mobile operating s🥃ystem powered by NVIDIA Tegra.
Called Zen Pinball THD, Zen says NVIDIA’s powerful mobile chip will allow for stunning visuals, as well as true-to-life table physics. THD will feature “several” tables, the first of which will be “Sorcerer’s Lair,” shown in these first screens. The title will also feature support for head-to-head online multiplayer, as well as planned tournaments.
As a huge fan of Zen’s pinball titles (Pinball FX 2 for Xbox Live Arcade beinꦐg among my top favorites of last year), this is great news… for folks who have . I do not. And now I have to get one, obviously.
Zen Pinball THD will be shown off this week for the first time in San Francisco at the 2011 Google I/O Developer conference. We’ll be checking it out, as well, so stay tuned for impressions and more details shortly.
